Cerchiamo Assistente Risorse Umane per la nostra sede produttiva di Cremona, attiva nella lavorazione componenti per il settore automotive.
La figura supporterà il responsabile HR nella gestione quotidiana del personale: inserimento presenze su Zucchetti (~80 dipendenti), elaborazione dati per buste paga, pratiche assunzioni e cessazioni, aggiornamento scadenzario formazione obbligatoria, archivio digitale pratiche infortuni.
Offerta e benefit:
contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi, finalizzato a indeterminato
tempo pieno full-time dal lunedì al venerdì

Requisiti:
diploma di scuola superiore (indirizzo amministrativo o tecnico preferenziale)
conoscenza pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel per reportistica
esperienza di 1-2 anni in ruoli amministrativi o di segreteria, anche in contesti produttivi
precisione nella gestione scadenze e dati sensibili
disponibilità entro 2 settimane
