About the role
Azienda operante nel settore utilities e dotata di infopoint dedicati all’assistenza dei clienti, ricerca un/a Impiegato/a Amministrativo/a da inserire in organico, con responsabilità di supporto operativo e gestione delle pratiche relative ai clienti e alla contabilità aziendale. La risorsa contribuirà al corretto svolgimento delle attività amministrative e al mantenimento dell’efficienza dei processi interni.
Mansioni:
Gestione della documentazione amministrativa e contabile
Elaborazione e verifica delle fatture e dei pagamenti
Registrazione e archiviazione dei dati relativi a clienti e fornitori
Supporto alla predisposizione di report periodici per la direzione
Collaborazione con i reparti commerciale e customer care per la gestione delle pratiche clienti
Controllo e aggiornamento dei sistemi informativi aziendali relativi alla contabilità e all’amministrazione.
Requisiti richiesti:
Diploma di maturità
Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e software gestionali
Precisione, organizzazione e capacità di lavorare in team
Buone capacità comunicative e attitudine a interagire con colleghi e clienti.
