Requisiti:
diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
buona conoscenza di Excel e posta elettronica
capacità organizzative e attenzione al dettaglio
posizione aperta anche a prime esperienze in ambito amministrativo
La risorsa supporterà la segreteria amministrativa nella gestione delle telefonate e delle e-mail, nell’organizzazione di riunioni e appuntamenti e nella raccolta dei dati giornalieri dai punti vendita. Si occuperà inoltre di aggiornare report su fogli di calcolo, archiviare documenti in formato digitale e collaborare con l’ufficio contabilità per la preparazione di pratiche e scadenze periodiche.
