About the role
Siamo un’agenzia creativa dal forte DNA social nata nel 2019 e parte del gruppo Plus Company (pluscompany.com). Il nostro team conta circa 60 persone, con un’età media di ca 30 anni, e lavoriamo con realtà sia italiane che internazionali, spaziando in ogni settore fra i quali food, sport, entertainment, fintech, etc.
Ci occupiamo principalmente di comunicazione sulle piattaforme social, ma anche di progetti out of home, realizzando progetti e campagne varie e integrate con i nostri clienti; tutto grazie a uno studio analitico e strutturato del contesto culturale in cui viviamo (abbiamo un team di ricerca interno dedicato), che ci supporta nel generare insight di valore e a creare connessioni rilevanti e significative tra i brand e le persone.
La figura Account in Hello abbraccia la gestione dei progetti, la relazione cliente ed è coinvolta end-to-end sui progetti di cui ha responsabilità; è il riferimento operativo del cliente, lavora a stretto contatto con il team creativo ed il team strategico per la messa a terra di campagne creative integrate, prodotti editoriali stand alone e progetti continuativi di strategia e produzione di contenuto. Ha inoltre un forte know-how social.

Requirements
esperienza di 2-3 anni maturata in agenzia creativa/contesti affini (team strutturati in ambienti fast paced) di gestione progetti social first o di comunicazione integrata;
social media specialism: conoscenza approfondita delle piattaforme di comunicazione, delle loro evoluzioni e trend;
ottimo livello di inglese.
