Vos missions
Après une solide formation initiale, votre responsable vous accueille au sein de l'agence et vous accompagne au quotidien.
Vos missions sont de développer et de fidéliser votre vivier d’auxiliaires de vie :
Optimiser les plannings des auxiliaires de vie : organisation, anticipation et gestion des remplacements
Gestion administrative et conformité des intervenants
Réaliser les entretiens de recrutement
Qualifications
Formation initiale ou professionnelle de niveau Bac + 2 à Bac + 3 en gestion des ressources humaines, gestion administrative ou équivalent
Expérience professionnelle en recrutement et en gestion de planning
Idéalement connaissances en droit du travail
Maitrise des outils informatiques
Rigueur, organisation et capacité d’adaptation
Réactivité et capacité à gérer plusieurs missions à la fois
Capacité à travailler en équipe

Rémunération entre 1823€ et 2023€ brut mensuel.
