Vos missions
Durant votre alternance, vous serez amené à renforcer vos compétences métiers afin de gagner en autonomie sur des missions concrètes :
Gestion et suivi de la formation professionnelle
Contribution à la démarche Qualiopi
Coordination des sessions et intervenants
Gestion des financements OPCO
Participation à la création d’une école diplômante
Recrutement et sourcing candidats
Suivi ATS Teamtailor
Développement de l’expérience candidat
Vos compétences
Ton profil :
Tu souhaites préparer un Master RH
Tu es une personne autonome
Tu as une aisance relationnel
Tu maîtrise l'orthographe et la grammaire française
Rémunération : perception d’un pourcentage du SMIC calculé sur base de votre âge
Durée du contrat : poste à pourvoir pour une durée de un an
Poste à pouvoir pour Août 2026
