Job Description

• Lead and mentor a team of application support specialists • Provide technical expertise and guidance to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain applications • Develop and maintain support documentation and procedures for applications • Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement • Coordinate with vendors for escalated support cases and issue resolution • Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in application support.
