Aperçu du rôle :
Assurer l’élaboration spécialisée de cours et de programmes pour une série de séminaires didactiques intégrés aux stages du programme de maîtrise en thérapie conjugale et familiale : CAFT 606, CAFT 611, CAFT 612. Le contenu élaboré doit être conforme aux directives de l’Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ) et de l’Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ), notamment au Référentiel de compétences des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux (2015), aux Standards for the Practice of Marriage and Family Therapy (2006) et au Guide de normes pour la tenue des dossiers et des cabinets de consultation (2005), ainsi qu’aux activités réservées aux thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux en vertu du Code des professions (article 37.1 [1.1.2]).
La personne retenue sera choisie en raison de son expertise en conception de cours et de programmes dans le domaine d’enseignement visé, conformément aux exigences des ordres professionnels. Le cadre de formation repose sur l’approche par compétences de l’Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec en matière d’exigences cliniques, elle-même inspirée des normes de pratique de l’American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) (Référentiel de compétences des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux, 2005, révisions de 2010 et de 2012).
MScA Couple & Family Therapy (CFT) Program, School of Social Work, Course/Program Developer (Curriculum)
Overview of Role:
Provide specialized course/program development to be used as part of a series of didactic seminars integrated in the internship courses for the MScA CFT program: CAFT 606, CAFT 611, CAFT 612. All course and program development must follow the guidelines of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ) and the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec (OPQ) (Référentiel de compétences des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux, 2015; Standards for the practice of marriage and family therapy, 2006; Standards respecting the keeping of records and consulting offices (Guide de normes pour la tenue des dossiers et des cabinets de consultation, 2005, English translation, 2006) et the activities reserved for couple and family therapists by the Code des professions (art 37.1 (1.1.2).
These individuals are selected to provide highly specialized course/program development based on their qualifications for the specific teaching topic as required by the professional orders. The curriculum framework is guided by clinical requirements of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ) competency-based approach, modeled from the AAMFT (American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy) standards of practice (Référentiel des compétences des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux, 2005, revised 2010 ; 2012).
