Build and maintain a deep understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML/AS2) and their application within supply chain and distribution workflows.

Lead structured customer discovery sessions to uncover unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and inform prioritization decisions.

Build trusted relationships with key enterprise accounts, acting as a strategic partner who deeply understands their business processes and pain points.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Finance to synthesize diverse inputs and maintain a single, coherent product perspective.

Own and maintain a prioritized, outcome-oriented product roadmap in alignment with customer needs, strategic objectives, and technical constraints.

Work closely with Development teams throughout the product lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

Effectively translate requirements to development specs that give a clear picture of the “forest through the trees” and enable the engineering team to build with confidence.

Drive cross-functional alignment on release planning, go-to-market readiness, and post-launch evaluation.

Make informed trade-off decisions and communicate prioritization rationale transparently to all stakeholders.

Define and own the KPIs and success metrics for the platform, including adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue impact indicators.

Deliver regular product performance reporting to leadership and key stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.

Share knowledge and best practices in Product Management to the rest of the product team, helping to develop the overall talent at LBMX.
