Overview:
Overall responsibility for strategy, growth, revenue and operational management of the Large Enterprise Channel business in Germany. Leading and developing the Large Enterprise Channel team, as well as strengthening strategic partnerships to drive sustainable market and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Executing the Tier 1 Large Enterprise Channel Strategy for Germany in alignment with channel and sales strategy
Taking responsibility for revenue, margin and growth targets within the Tier 1 Large Enterprise Channel segment
Developing long-term business plans with strategic channel and carrier partners
Technical and managerial leadership of the Channel T1 Large Enterprise Team in Germany
Building, coaching and developing sales
Defining target systems, KPIs and performance management, fostering a high-performance and partner-oriented sales culture
Managing channel programmes, sales initiatives and transformation projects
Ensuring compliance with global channel and sales policies
Requirements:
Extensive experience in indirect sales / channel sales within an enterprise environment
Several years’ management experience in sales or channel management
A proven track record of success in partner business development and revenue growth
Excellent knowledge of channel business models and partner ecosystems
Experience in strategy development, business planning and forecast management
Excellent understanding of the market and competition in the enterprise / ICT / software sector
Leadership & Personal Skills
Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
Strong decision-making ability and a sense of ownership
Ability to manage complex organisations and stakeholder landscapes
Additional Skills (Advantageous):
Responsibility for the budget

Anforderungen:
Umfassende Erfahrung im indirekten Vertrieb / Channel-Vertrieb in einem Unternehmensumfeld
Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Vertrieb oder Channel-Management
Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Entwicklung von Partnerbeziehungen und der Steigerung des Umsatzes
Hervorragende Kenntnisse von Channel-Geschäftsmodellen und Partner-Ökosystemen
Erfahrung in der Strategieentwicklung, Geschäftsplanung und Prognosesteuerung
