Sales Executive
About the role
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join the growing team at Telford Vauxhall.
This is an exciting time to come on board as we are currently in the process of developing a brand-new showroom, creating an even bigger and better environment for both our customers and team. Alongside our main dealership, you’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with our satellite sites, helping us continue to deliver outstanding service and grow our presence across the region.
Salary: £20,000 per annum basic, plus commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00pm, every other Saturday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, when a Saturday is worked, a day off will be provided during the week, i.e. 39.5 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch break (unpaid).
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers both in the showroom and digitally.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable new and used vehicles.
Arrange test drives and present vehicle features and finance options.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain strong product knowledge across our vehicle range.
Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Ideally, we are looking for:
Has proven motor trade sales experience (essential).
Demonstrates a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Is highly motivated, professional, and customer focused.
Holds a full UK driving licence.
