Pinterest at Aleph is accelerating its growth across APAC, and we are looking for an exceptional Partner Director to drive Pinterest’s commercial partnerships and strategic growth initiatives from Singapore.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in relationship-driven environments, thinks strategically, and is passionate about building long-term business partnerships across diverse markets. What will you be doing

Develop and manage strategic relationships with key agency groups, advertisers, resellers, and business partners across APAC.

Drive revenue growth by identifying new partnership opportunities and expanding existing business relationships across multiple markets.

Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Client Partners, and cross-functional teams to develop scalable go-to-market initiatives.

Lead commercial conversations with senior stakeholders and position Pinterest as a strategic growth partner within the digital ecosystem.

Build and execute regional partnership strategies that accelerate acquisition, retention, and long-term business growth.

Analyze market trends, business performance, and partnership opportunities to identify areas for expansion and optimization.

Support forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning initiatives to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Partner with global teams including product, marketing, operations, and partnerships to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

Represent Pinterest at industry events, leadership forums, and partner engagements across APAC.

Foster strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.

What You Need for This Role?

10+ years of experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or platform partnerships.

Proven experience leading regional or multi-market teams within APAC.

Strong track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets and scaling advertising businesses.

Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-level executives and major agencies.

Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic planning capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.

Experience building scalable operational processes and managing complex cross-functional initiatives.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving business environment.

Business-level fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin or additional Asian languages is a strong plus.

Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and sales productivity tools.

Experience working with agencies, resellers, or platform partnerships is highly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required.
