What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
Execute local/regional sales strategies to acquire new large, national, and strategic customers (new logos). existing strategic accounts through upselling and cross-selling solutions across all verticals.
Maximize profitability and market share by identifying and capturing new revenue opportunities.
Develop New Business
Proactively prospect and engage key decision-makers, including C-level executives, within target organizations.
Build and execute targeted sales strategies to win new accounts, addressing complex client challenges and securing long-term partnerships.
Deliver Operational Excellence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data, including client interactions and pipeline opportunities.
Build strong internal relationships across the network to align with the One Toll strategy.
Collaborate with Sales Operations, product teams, and network stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Support finance teams in managing and reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) when required.
Stay current on all Toll products and services to effectively represent the full portfolio to clients.
Manage Strategic Accounts
Drive account penetration and growth through strategic planning and execution.
Contribute to overall portfolio profitability and volume growth.
What You Have
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and expanding client portfolios.
Strong knowledge of both international and domestic logistics solutions.
Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including executive-level clients.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications in logistics or sales are a plus.
