Account Manager (APAC) — MRI Software Singapore
MRI Software Singapore is seeking a Account Manager to support our APAC team. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior Account Managers to strengthen key client relationships, drive retention and expansion, and gain hands-on experience in enterprise SaaS sales.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build a strong foundation in account management, customer engagement, and commercial strategy within a global software organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Account Support — Assist in managing a portfolio of key APAC client accounts
Account Planning — Conduct research, stakeholder mapping, and opportunity tracking
Client Coordination — Prepare meeting materials, manage follow-ups, and support client engagement
CRM Management — Maintain accurate pipeline updates, notes, and activity tracking
Data & Usage Analysis — Identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to resolve client needs
Commercial Support — Assist with proposals, renewals, and commercial documentation
What Success Looks Like
Clean, reliable CRM data with strong attention to detail
Proactive support that enables Account Managers to focus on strategic conversations
High-quality client-facing materials and timely follow-ups
Growing understanding of client business needs and MRI solutions
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in Account Management, ideally in SaaS
Background in Real Estate is highly regarded
Strong communication and organisational skills
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn enterprise SaaS sales
Comfortable with data, Excel, and CRM tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment
