We are looking for a Junior Fatigue & DT Engineer (m/w/d) with 2-5 years of proven experience in the aerospace industry to join our team in Getafe.
Candidates should be proficient in the following tasks:
Perform fatigue and damage tolerance analyses of metallic and composite aircraft structures
Assess crack initiation, crack growth and structural durability with hands-on knowledge of Airbus standards and working practices
Generate fatigue substantiation reports and inspection threshold assessments
Support structural modifications and repairs from an F&DT perspective
Requirements
About you:
2 to 5 years of proven experience in Fatigue & DT analysis in the aerospace industry in the aerospace industry
Degree in (Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar)
Experience working with Aerospace OEM / Tier / Suppliers on Specific stress activities.
Languages: English B1 minimum and Spanish fluency
Technical Skills:
MSC Nastran
Patran/HyperMesh
CATIA V5
Excel
Python/VBA (valuable)
Airbus methods and tools highly desirable

Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance with engineering standards
Collaborative team player, comfortable working in multidisciplinary and international engineering environments with strict confidentiality constraints
Analytical and structured thinker, capable of understanding complex technical constraints and translating them into practical design solutions
