Salesforce recherche un Senior Account Executive pour piloter le développement d'un portefeuille de comptes stratégiques au sein de notre équipe . Ce rôle est centré sur la vente consultative de l'ensemble de la plateforme Salesforce, en accompagnant les entreprises dans leur transformation numérique grâce à des solutions basées sur la valeur.

Responsibilities:

Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance en plongeant au cœur des enjeux business de vos clients pour co-construire des solutions adaptées à leurs objectifs stratégiques.

Commercialiser l'intégralité de l'écosystème Salesforce pour aider les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs et explorer de nouvelles opportunités.

Diriger des équipes transversales (ingénieurs avant-vente, services professionnels, partenaires) pour répondre à des problématiques complexes.

Construire des relations durables avec les décideurs seniors au sein des organisations ciblées.

Required Qualifications:

Expérience significative dans la vente consultative de logiciels (SaaS) ou de solutions technologiques complexes en cycle long.

Capacité avérée à diriger des équipes transverses et à influencer des décideurs seniors dans des environnements multi-interlocuteurs.

Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.

Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

Preferred Qualifications:

Maîtrise d'une méthodologie de vente structurée (ex : MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.).

Capacité à construire des business cases à forte valeur ajoutée et des alliances partenaires solides.

Historique avéré d'atteinte ou de dépassement des objectifs commerciaux.

Expérience dans la gestion de comptes stratégiques complexes.
