About the role

Senior Product Marketing Manager: Sleep

Location: Antwerp or Amsterdam

Experience: 8+ years of product marketing, portfolio strategy, and commercial leadership experience

Own the Sleep pillar and help drive portfolio growth, margin performance, and category leadership.

The role

You step into ownership. You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You focus on work that matters, not on noise that slows things down. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Sleep, you act as the single voice for sleep across the business, connecting portfolio strategy, retail storytelling, partnerships, and consumer insight into a cohesive narrative that drives commercial performance and long-term growth. You partner closely with Product Management, Commercial, Operations, Retail, and Brand teams while leading portfolio optimisation and go-to-market execution across the sleep ecosystem.

What you’ll do (and what you won’t)

You will

Own channel pricing and discounting structures across the Sleep portfolio

Define channel architecture including assortment strategy, bundle logic, and exclusivity across routes to market

Lead go-to-market strategies across launches, campaigns, and retail activations within the sleep pillar

Establish scalable messaging and storytelling frameworks that strengthen Loop’s authority in the sleep category

Lead sleep-focused retail storytelling and channel positioning across partners and commercial channels

Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and portfolio performance to identify optimisation and growth opportunities

What you’ll bring

Significant experience in product marketing, portfolio strategy, category leadership, or go-to-market management within consumer products or retail-driven environments

Deep understanding of pricing strategy, margin management, channel architecture, and retail execution

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesise data across sales, operations, marketing, and consumer insight

Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Commercial, Retail, Operations, and Brand teams

Ability to define messaging, positioning, and campaign frameworks that scale across channels and audiences

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including leading without direct authority

You work independently and know when to involve others

You’re comfortable with change and ambiguity

You know when work is ready to ship, and when it can evolve

You want your work to matter, not just exist
