KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Research Strategy & Client Partnership

Act as the primary client point of contact guiding stakeholders on the most appropriate research strategy to address their business objectives and facilitating briefings, progress updates, and post-study discussions.

Connect research outcomes to client objectives, market realities, and strategic decision-making, building trust with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Challenge assumptions, validate findings, and ensure methodological rigour throughout the research lifecycle.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Manage projects end-to-end, proactively addressing issues to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.

Guide and mentor junior researchers across qualitative and quantitative projects, building mixed-methods capability within the team.
