Job Description
Our Associate Director, Global Recruitment & Partnerships, serves as the face of three of our institutions including American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, Ross University School of Medicine, and Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Within your assigned territory, you will drive awareness, interest, and application momentum. In this role, you will be on the front lines of growth—owning a region, building powerful partnerships with institutions and/or businesses, and helping students take their first step in their application journey to a career in medicine or veterinary medicine. This is a dynamic, externally focused role for someone who thrives on relationships, travel, and measurable impact of helping students become doctors and veterinarians.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory-level recruitment strategy aligned to broader MedVet goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
Plan and deliver high-impact, in-person, and virtual recruitment events.
Build, deepen, and sustain pathway partnerships with colleges, universities, advisors, and influencers.
Deliver compelling presentations, workshops, on-campus events, and information sessions.
Serve as a trusted expert on MedVet programs, student pathways, and outcomes.
Generate high-quality inquiries through events, partnerships, and/or agency channels.
Convert prospective students into started applications to achieve territory application targets.
Identify and test new channels to and diversify the recruitment pipeline.
Partner closely with Marketing to align outreach, campaigns, and messaging.
Support co-branded promotions and partner-led initiatives.
Represent MedVet institutions at educational conferences and regional events.
Ensure all activity aligns with institutional policies and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate reporting on partner activity, events, and territory performance.
Contribute to strong data quality within customer relationship management systems.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree business or other directly relevant discipline Required.
5+ years in recruitment, sales, or field-based marketing Required.
Proven ability to establish strong relationships with customers, preferably within education.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders externally.
Strong presentation skills and comfort engaging large and diverse audiences.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and results oriented.
Travel up to 80% within assigned geography.
Valid passport and willingness to work on occasional weekends.
Demonstrated ability to work hybrid or remotely as necessary.
