Business Unit Overview
Our team goes beyond traditional marketing by owning the end-to-end customer journey - from acquisition and campaign strategy through to conversion, onboarding, retention, and customer management experiences. By combining marketing, UX, CRO, content, and journey design, we create connected experiences across paid, owned, and product channels, ensuring campaigns translate into seamless digital journeys across web, app, email, and customer platforms. Working closely with design, data, engineering, and Adobe-powered marketing ecosystems, the team focuses on delivering personalised, measurable experiences that improve conversion, engagement, and long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Product Strategists, and Writers to define problems and goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and drive innovative solutions
Manage the end-to-end design process across design and marketing initiatives, working closely with designers, writers, developers, and project managers
Scope project work in partnership with Product Managers and Engineers, helping define design processes and timelines
Build strong relationships with stakeholders inside and outside core product teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Apply research methods to understand user, business, and technical opportunities and constraints
Work across enterprise-grade software and platforms within complex business and stakeholder environments
Leverage new AI workflows and tools (e.g. Figma Make, Claude) to support design processes
Use Figma and other industry-standard design and research tools effectively
Contribute to the design of websites, mobile applications, and customer self-service dashboards
Qualifications and Experience
7+ years of experience in product design within a software environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, visual, and interaction design skills across digital products
Experience developing design systems, guidelines, and UI standards, including colour, typography, iconography, and imagery
Strong understanding of conversion optimisation strategies and digital product analytics, including tools such as GA, Hotjar, and Tealeaf
Experience simplifying complex information, tools, and services for end users
Strong storytelling, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
Sharp eye for detail across all aspects of digital products, including brand, typography, layout, and accessibility standards (A, AA, and AAA)
Excellent knowledge of Figma (including component libraries) and Adobe Creative Suite
Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and commercial outcomes
Self-starter with strong initiative and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Open to testing new ideas, tools, and processes
Ability to execute projects from brief through to delivery, including sketches, wireframes, and interface design
