About the role
About the Role
We are looking for a highly adaptable, AI-native Marketing, eCommerce & CRO Specialist to help Lifely move faster, scale smarter and improve how we acquire, convert and retain customers.
This role sits at the intersection of:
AI adoption
Marketing execution
eCommerce growth
CRO
Website performance
Customer experience
Commercial delivery
You will work across campaigns, product launches, Shopify improvements, landing pages, CRO tests, customer journeys, reporting, AI workflows, automation, creative testing and performance insights.
The right person will be highly strategic, but also extremely hands-on. We do not need someone who only talks about ideas. We need someone who can take a problem, break it down, create a plan, communicate it clearly, execute it properly and show the result.
What Makes This Role Different
This is not a comfortable “business as usual” marketing role.
At Lifely, priorities move quickly. Campaigns go live fast. Website updates need to be briefed, tested, QA’d and deployed properly. CRO ideas need to become experiments. Customer insights need to become better product pages. AI tools need to become real workflows, not just nice concepts.
You will be expected to work across multiple moving parts and keep quality high.
We are looking for someone who can:
Think strategically, but still deliver the work
Use AI to increase output, not just generate content
Communicate clearly with marketers, developers, designers and operators
Own projects from idea to execution
Improve systems, not just follow them
Spot problems before they become bigger issues
Move with urgency while maintaining quality
Measure success through output, results and commercial impact
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Adoption, Automation & Workflow Improvement
You will help Lifely become a more AI-enabled marketing and eCommerce team.
This includes identifying where AI can improve speed, quality, reporting, creative development, CRO, customer insights, campaign planning, QA and operational workflows.
You will be expected to:
Build and improve AI-powered marketing and eCommerce workflows
Use AI tools to reduce manual work and improve team output
Create repeatable prompts, templates, SOPs and systems
Help automate reporting, research, briefing, QA, content and insight generation
Identify where AI can reduce mistakes and improve delivery quality
Stay ahead of new AI tools and translate them into practical business use cases
This role is not about “playing with AI”. It is about using AI to create speed, clarity, efficiency and measurable business improvement.
eCommerce, Shopify & Website Execution
You will work closely with marketing, development, design and operations to improve Lifely’s online experience.
This includes:
Supporting Shopify website updates across Lifely and related brands
Improving product pages, collection pages, landing pages and campaign pages
Briefing developers clearly and reviewing output properly
Supporting QA before website changes go live
Improving customer journeys from ad click to checkout
Helping improve site speed, UX, merchandising, product content and on-site messaging
Turning customer feedback and performance data into better website experiences
We need someone who understands that a website update is not complete until it is properly checked, live, working and contributing to the customer experience.
CRO, Testing & Customer Journey Optimisation
CRO is a major part of how Lifely grows.
You will help plan, brief, execute and review CRO initiatives across:
Product pages
Collection pages
Landing pages
Homepage
Cart
Checkout
Campaign journeys
Mobile experience
Product discovery
Trust and social proof
Offer presentation
Add-to-cart improvements
You will be expected to turn insights into clear hypotheses, then help move those hypotheses into actual tests and outcomes.
This means you are not just suggesting “we should test this”. You are helping build the test, launch it, measure it and turn the learning into the next improvement.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Support
You will support the marketing team across product launches, campaign rollouts, creative testing and growth initiatives.
This includes:
Supporting campaign planning across Meta, Google, email, SMS, SEO and website
Helping develop creative angles, hooks, landing page briefs and customer messaging
Reviewing performance and identifying what should be killed, kept or scaled
Supporting new market opportunities beyond Australia
Helping align campaigns with stock, product priorities, customer demand and commercial goals
Using data and customer insight to improve marketing decisions
This person needs to understand strategy, but also know how to get things shipped.
Performance, Reporting & Commercial Insight
We are a results-focused business. You will need to be comfortable working with numbers, performance trends and commercial priorities.
You will help:
Build clear reporting workflows
Analyse marketing, website, product and customer performance
Identify what is driving revenue, conversion and profitability
Turn performance data into simple recommendations
Track CRO and campaign results
Use AI to speed up analysis and reporting
Communicate results clearly to the team
Success in this role will be measured by output, speed, quality and impact — not just effort.
