What you'll be doing
Design and build intelligent workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate
As part of the Rmkble group (170+ consultants across Australia), we:
Collaborate to prototype, test, and deploy agent-based solutions
Integrate the Power Platform with systems like SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, Azure, and 3rd party APIs
Support client journeys from MVP to scaled deployment using ProcessPath’s Pathway Patterns
Apply governance and environment strategies to ensure secure, scalable, well-managed solutions
Contribute to knowledge harvesting, reusable assets, and case studies across industry verticals
What we’re looking for
Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Hands-on exposure to Copilot Studio or AI-driven chatbots and virtual agents
Strong understanding of data modelling, solution design, and automation best practices
Ability to translate business problems into elegant, low-code solutions
Familiarity with ALM, DevOps, and governance within the Microsoft ecosystem
A collaborative mindset – you're a builder, a problem-solver, and a trusted teammate
Bonus points if you’ve worked in:
Mining, energy, public sector, ports/logistics, higher ed, or financial services
Agile delivery squads or CoEs focused on automation and AI solutions
Pre-sales, proposal writing, or client-facing solution shaping
