Your New Role

As a Software Developer (MarTech), you’ll help shape and deliver the digital experiences our members rely on every day. Working across our digital platforms, you’ll combine modern front-end engineering with best-practice delivery frameworks to create scalable, high-quality solutions.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, values-driven technology environment where innovation, continuous improvement, and member outcomes come first.

In this role, you will:

Design, develop and support digital solutions across our customer-facing platforms

Build responsive web experiences using modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Work with contemporary frameworks (React, Vue or Angular) and enterprise CMS platforms (e.g. AEM)

Contribute across the full SDLC, from solution design through to testing and production support

Apply DevOps practices and automation to improve delivery speed and quality

Support BAU activities, including incident resolution, enhancements and releases

Partner closely with Product Owners, Technology teams and business stakeholders

Ensure solutions align to IT strategy, architecture, security and change standards

Contribute to project delivery, roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Share knowledge and collaborate to uplift capability across the team

How do you exceed our expectations?

Technical capability

Strong front-end development skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, modern frameworks)

Experience with responsive design and cross-browser/device development

Understanding of version control (Git) and software design principles

Exposure to CMS platforms (AEM preferred)

Ways of working

Experience working across the full software development lifecycle

Ability to balance multiple priorities and work in agile, fast-paced environments

Strong communication skills - you can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
