Your Mission:
As a Senior Software Engineer at Propeller, you'll play a key role in building and scaling our mobile app using a React Native WebView-based architecture. You'll lead feature development end to end, contribute to architectural and design decisions, and help shape the technical future of our product. Working closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, you'll deliver high-quality features, optimize app performance, and ensure a smooth and scalable user experience.
The best part? You’ll work on a mobile project, building complex, high-performance features, not just maintaining existing code. You’ll help guide & improve the mobile app architecture, with plenty of interesting technical challenges to solve along the way!
Requirements
You have strong technical expertise in React and TypeScript
You’re passionate and curious about hybrid app development and its evolving ecosystem
You take ownership and lead features independently from start to finish
You collaborate effectively with product and design partners to shape great user experiences
You thrive in a team environment and contribute to a positive engineering culture
Bonus points if…
You have hands-on experience building, profiling and shipping iOS/Android apps using React Native.
You have experience with mobile CI/CD tools like EAS, Fastlane, or Bitrise
You know your way around test automation tools like Appium or LambdaTest
