Job Description:

The Business Management Analyst, Direct Investing, will support a large-scale Front Office Wealth transformation Initiative focusing on leading end-to-end requirements management, partnering closely with business stakeholders, and driving complex Agile delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong wealth industry experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced transformation environment.

Summary Of Day To Day Responsibilities:

Lead BA-type resource to autonomously lead end to end requirements of a large, complex wealth transformation initiative.

Oversee and lead end to end requirements management throughout the lifecycle of a complex Front Office Wealth Transformation (Planning, Elicitation, Analysis, Documentation, Sign-off)

Navigate and manage multiple Business stakeholders throughout completion of project

Lead Business stakeholder workshops to understand current state and determine target state

Develop strong requirements documentation and traceability to sign-off

Lead status updates for Requirements package as Lead BA

Must Have:

FI and Wealth industry experience

Agile Delivery experience

End-to-end requirements management

Jira/Confluience knowledge

Undergraduate Degree in related field

Preferred Experience:

Wealth Transformation project experience preferred

Wealth Front Office Experience considered a strong asset

Asset management and Trade flow knowledge

Navigate and manage multiple Business stakeholders throughout completion of project

Lead workshops to understand current state and determine target state

Develop strong requirements documentation and traceability

Lead status updates for Requirements package as Lead BA

MBA preferred
