About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Categories to join our growing team here at Organika. As Category Manager, you will help grow a portfolio of products by turning category strategy into strong in-market execution. Working closely with the Director of Category and cross-functional partners, you will lead launches, build trade programs, and use data-driven insights to drive revenue, profitability, and brand growth across key channels.

What You'll Be Doing

Execute category strategy and assortment priorities to drive growth, share, and profitability.

Own channel-specific go-to-market plans for launches and campaigns, including post-launch reviews.

Evaluate launch and trade performance through post-mortems and apply learnings to future plans.

Build and manage trade calendars, programs, budgets, and sales tools across key channels.

Track category revenue, P&L, trade spend, and ROI, and flag risks with clear recommendations.

Partner with Sales on customer plans, sell-in materials, and trade execution, while aligning cross-functional teams to deliver on time.

Monitor category, pricing, and competitive performance to identify opportunities, threats, and actions.

What You Bring

Post-secondary education in a related field (ie business, marketing, etc)

Experience in category management, brand management, trade marketing, or a related CPG role.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage performance, budgets, and ROI.

Confidence leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
