Your Role

As Key Account Lead, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.

Your scope includes:

Manage key accounts and build strong partnerships by acting as the primary point of contact for major clients’ head offices

Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of commercial agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Lead the transition to new packaging solutions by coordinating trials, validations, and product launches

Act as the central liaison between internal teams (technical, operations, quality) and the client

Ensure rigorous planning and close tracking of projects (SKU creation, orders, deliveries, timelines)

Serve as the voice of the customer internally and ensure clear, proactive, and transparent communication

Identify and resolve issues (quality, logistics, production) while maintaining an exceptional customer experience

What you bring

You're a natural fit for Key Account Lead if you have:

Experience in key account management within a manufacturing or technical environment

Ability to coordinate complex projects with cross-functional teams

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build partnerships

High level of rigor, organization, and strong ability to plan and manage priorities

Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges

Proficiency with tools such as CRM, SAP, Power BI, and the Microsoft Suite

Experience in the pulp and paper or corrugated industry (an asset)

Full professional proficiency in both French and English to collaborate effectively with teams and partners across Canada and the United States

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within Ontario to visit clients
