The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence Analyst to join our Pricing team, based in our Ville Saint-Laurent offices.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Pricing Management and Data Analytics, you will play an active role in the development, evolution, and optimization of our analytics and artificial intelligence infrastructure to support Pricing operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and analytical tools in Power BI, using SQL and Python;

Contribute to the continuous improvement of an existing, well-established, and mature analytics infrastructure;

Gradually participate in the integration of artificial intelligence solutions, through Copilot and the development of analytical agents aimed at automating, accelerating, and improving operational and analytical processes within the Pricing team;

Develop a deep understanding of the business, the Pricing department, products, and pricing levers to propose high-value analytics and AI-driven solutions;

Demonstrate sound judgment in task prioritization, problem-solving, and efficient request management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, or a related field;

1–2 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar analytical role;

Strong aptitude for numbers, analytical thinking, and problem-solving;

Proficiency in Power BI and the Microsoft Office suite;

Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL;

Basic knowledge of Python;

Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and continuous improvement of operational and analytical processes;

Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written);

Experience with ERP environments (AS/400) is an asset.
