Your Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, templates, and standards (SAP Activate) for the global SAP S/4HANA transformation-

Lead program-level planning and orchestration including integrated schedule management, dependency mapping, and milestone tracking across Japan, Vietnam, and future global waves.

Drive efficient steering committee and leadership governance through preparation of high‑quality reports, dashboards, KPIs, and risk/issue summaries.

Manage the program risk & issue, facilitating escalation across internal and external stakeholders and timely decision-making.

Partner with workstream leads, regional business teams, technical partners, and SI vendors to ensure alignment on scope, plan, resource needs, and deliverables.

Oversee deliverable tracking and vendor performance metrics within the ERP program.

Coordinate cross-functional communications and ensure consistent messaging across all stakeholder groups, including global and regional leadership teams.

Establish and manage PMO tooling, such as project portfolio management platforms, reporting systems, and documentation repositories.

Support organizational change management activities by ensuring alignment between PMO, OCM, and business transformation functions.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, data security standards, and audit requirements across all program management activities.

Your qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required. Master’s degree or IPMA/PMP/Prince2-certification preferred.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project or program management, with at least 3 years in PMO roles.

Experience with global ERP transformations, ideally SAP S/4HANA.

Demonstrated experience in multi-country program delivery, preferably in Asia or global contexts.

Experience coordinating internal and external teams in hybrid delivery models.

Strong project portfolio management abilities.

Strong presentation and Office skills (esp. Excel, PowerPoint).

Advanced data visualization and reporting skills.

Familiarity with budget tracking and vendor management.

Ability to work in a multicultural, global environment.

Strong experience in SAP methodologies and agile frameworks (SAP Activate, SAFe, etc.).

Ability to travel internationally (approx. 10–20% depending on project phase).
