In this job role you would be responsible for Distribution Planning & Scheduling Strategy Lead end-to-end distribution planning and scheduling to ensure optimal resource utilization and service levels You will work to develop and implement standardized planning frameworks across regions & drive alignment between demand, supply, and logistics scheduling You will help developing Planning Analytics & Visualization dashboards design and implement with advanced analytics models for planning optimization as well as develop an interactive dashboards and visualizers for real-time decision-making that enable predictive and scenario-based planning capabilities You will lead development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital planning tools and platforms in Collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams to integrate ERP and advanced planning systems and Drive automation and adoption of intelligent planning solutions You would be responsible for Process Remodeling & Continuous Improvement by identifying inefficiencies and redesign planning processes using data-driven insights to further implement best practices and benchmarking for continuous improvement ensuring agility and scalability of planning processesYou are responsible for Operational Excellence & Daily Management to ensure smooth day-to-day distribution planning And scheduling operations, monitoring KPIs and performance metrics to drive efficiency and service levels and act as escalation point for critical planning and scheduling issues You will be working on Regional Deployment & Replication (RSA Countries) to standardize and replicate digital planning solutions across RSA countries, support cross-country implementation and knowledge transfer to ensure consistency and scalability of digital initiatives Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes? You should have B. Tech/Be ( IT /Computers) with 5-7 years experience in Telematics or similar industry And you have knowledge in SAP Hana S4 You should have knowledge in Digitalization/Technological Project Management and Six Sigma Productivity Why you will love working for us!
