Role Definition:

We are seeking a Finance Analyst (Treasury) to join our Americas Treasury Operations team. In this role, you will support regional and global treasury activities, contribute to cash management processes and strategy, and help drive operational efficiency across banking and financial systems.

This position is based in Tijuana, Mexico.

What You Will Do:

Manage bank accounts and support daily cash balance reporting

Maintain authorized signers and banking documentation

Support and lead treasury-related technology initiatives to improve efficiency and controls

Drive strategies to optimize trapped cash and support process improvements for banking relationships

Serve as a bank account signatory as needed for cash operations and FX transactions

Act as a point of contact (or backup) for merchant services, ensuring compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards

Support administration of parent company guarantees

Perform additional treasury or finance-related duties as assigned

Education/Experience Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

2–5 years of relevant experience in treasury or finance

Strong communication skills, written and verbal (English and Spanish)

Top Candidates will also have:

Experience with treasury management systems (e.g., Trax, Quantum, banking portals)

Background in cash management

Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and external partners

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.

Financial Markets: Knowledge of the products, types, competitors, customer base, major issues and regulatory considerations in the financial markets; ability to apply financial market knowledge to various business environments.

Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
