Location: Mexico City

General Description:

Under the direction of Marketing Director, the Candidate will have Product Management responsibilities.

The Candidate will play a key role in ensuring patient access to BeOne Medicines products by developing and executing marketing strategies for Mexico, working closely with the local teams (Marketing Director, Field team, Medical team, and Access team).

The Product Manager works closely with line manager to translate the regional strategy into operational tactics and assets (marketing, promotional and disease awareness/education initiatives) to support Mexico affiliate to achieve its targets. The Candidate contributes to developing and implementing the go-to-market strategy and is responsible for achieving defined commercial targets being supported by defined resources and investment budgets.

Essential Functions:

Drive the development of the BeOne portfolio in the different indications marketing strategy, including omnichannel marketing activities

Contribute to cross-functional creation of Mexico brand plans, and provide input on marketing tactics at national level in alignment with international brand plan

Partner with Marketing Director in market development and marketing pre-launch and launch activities execution

Work with agencies, Marketing Director, Sales teams and external stakeholders to design and develop customer-centric promotional tools/materials or carry out local adaptations for asset from other countries, owning the development process from beginning to end

Identify agencies/vendors/technologies/tools that can benefit the execution of tactics

Participate in and support the team in preparing BeOne Medicines presence at national congresses, scientific meetings, symposia and workshops

In close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Market Access, Medical, Commercial Operations and Business Analytics etc.) generate relevant Market Insights (Market Research, Commercial Ad-boards etc.) that help develop targeted tactics and show impact of implemented tools

Contribute to Commercial Operations activities such as (by not limited to) launch readiness tracking, Business Review preparation, Customer Relationship Management system implementation and roll-out

Plan and run regular trainings and updates for Sales Reps, Key Account Executives and Key Account Managers, partnering with Medical Affairs

Co-own and manage the Marketing budget for Mexico; co-own project management (contracts, invoicing, communication) for commercial activities and projects together with admin support

Ensure effective financial planning and review results to identify variances; develop action plans to address issues. Manage expenses to budget and deliver targeted profit contribution.

Establish strong relationships and act as BeOne Medicines ‘face’ with major stakeholders in the field like relevant regulatory bodies, payers, politicians, industry associations, distributors and Key Opinion Leaders supporting the organization in achieving its goals and objectives.

Ensure regular tracking and clear, meaningful reporting of relevant KPIs and overall performance of key BeOne Medicines initiatives, as well as market changes/competitor activities which are relevant to strategy implementation and development

Apply a continuous improvement mindset to ensure solutions and improvements are rapidly identified to optimize launch and improve patient access

Drive business decisions whereby patient care is at the center of the business conduct

Operate in line with BeOne Medicines' Code of Conduct and relevant policies for commercial and promotional activities to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct

Minimum Requirements – Education and Experience:

University undergraduate degree in science or business as a minimum; higher qualifications (MD, PhD, MBA) advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector with 2+ years' commercial marketing experience in pharmaceutical or biotech

Other Experience:

Launch experience in Marketing, Product Management, Sales teams strongly preferred. Previous experience and knowledge of hemato-oncology, rare diseases and orphan drugs are an asset
