Sr Cust Exp Specialist
About the role
As a Sr Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will ensure performance standards are met and maintained to achieve the business objectives and reach a high customer satisfaction index. You will report directly to our Cust Exp Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi, Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and loyalty by developing and executing customer experience strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving customer interactions and touchpoints.
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Degree or Equivalent.
Excellent Conversational English skills.
Interpersonal skills; including ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport at all levels.

Bachelor’s Degree.
Customer Support and/or equivalent in supply chain / order management / OTC related experience.

Process and promptly respond to e-mail requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers.
Use SAP to enter and retrieve customer information, stock status information, status of purchase orders, and make changes on customer purchase orders.
Maintain good relationships with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
Continually knowledge base on current and new products and operations.
Participate in a culture of continuous improvement
Follow standard work and policies to ensure a continues high/efficient level of customer service.
Active role in individual development and career growth.
Use problem solving tools to work through issues and challenges
Look for ways to improve support processes.
Drive initiation and follow through to implementation.
