About the Role

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll be the first voice families hear when they reach out. You’ll guide them with clarity and compassion - no cold calls or pushy tactics, just meaningful conversations that help people make one of life’s most important decisions with confidence.

You’ll manage warm, inbound leads from first contact to close, helping families feel confident in their decisions and supported every step of the way. Every call is a chance to make someone’s life a little easier, and every conversation reflects our standard of unmatched hospitality.

What You’ll Do

Own warm inbound leads end-to-end - from first call to close - using Meadow's consultative playbook.

Guide families through cremation options with clarity and care, helping them make a confident decision in a single conversation when possible.

Run a disciplined follow-up rhythm across phone, text, and email so no family falls through the cracks.

Hit revenue targets while holding strong close rates and quality scores.

Move fluently across our stack - HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our case management system.

Requirements

2+ years of B2C sales experience

Strong written and spoken English.

Confident, empathetic communicator who explains clearly, listens well, and excels on the phone.

Self-driven seller motivated by both impact and performance; emotionally steady and highly coachable.

Comfortable working independently and managing a consistent follow-up rhythm.

Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

A home setup that supports the work - see our tech requirements for details.

Bonus Points

Experience selling in high-trust categories (insurance, healthcare, travel, etc.).

Spanish fluency — many of the families we serve speak it.

Details:

Remote, full-time

Compensation: $6-$14/hr OTE

Base rate plus a real, sizable bonus tied to deals closed, conversion performance, and overall team success.

Targets are designed to be hit, with additional bonus opportunities beyond OTE for top performers.

Tools: HubSpot (CRM), Aircall (phone), Slack, and our case management system

Schedule:

Full-time, 8-hour shifts on a consistent weekly schedule

Days: Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Sunday–Thursday

(weekend availability a plus)

Available shift windows:

AM (start 6–8am EST)

PM (start 1–4pm EST)

Night (start 8–10pm EST)
