JOB SUMMARY
Provide leadership and coordination for business and IT projects, ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions, process improvements, automation initiatives, and digital transformation efforts. Support operational efficiency through RPA, workflow automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies while managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder approvals
Lead implementation of automation solutions, RPA initiatives, and AI-driven process improvements
Identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for workflow optimization
Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and implementation schedules
Coordinate vendors, procurement activities, and cross-functional technical teams
Serve as escalation point for project risks, blockers, and operational issues
Ensure adherence to IT governance, cybersecurity, and organizational procedures
Support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
Provide mentoring, leadership, and training to project team members

On-time project delivery rate
Budget adherence and cost control
Reduction of manual/repetitive processes through automation
Automation adoption and process efficiency improvements
Stakeholder/customer satisfaction scores
Risk and issue resolution turnaround time
Project quality and implementation success rate
Team productivity and project throughput
Compliance with IT policies and governance standards
Continuous improvement and innovation contributions
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Experience with RPA and automation tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or similar
Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), workflow automation, and digital transformation concepts
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously
PMP®, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are a plus
