Our opportunity

We are looking for our new Vertical Sales Manager to join our team in São Paulo/SP, Brazil.

Key responsibilities:

Plan the Business Plan in partnership with the sales team, ensuring we are exploring all potential opportunities across the products we manage.

Conduct regular performance review meetings, ensuring the achievement of targets defined in the commercial plan while promoting strong information flow and integration.

Monitor the relationship between other areas, the team, and clients, seeking the best synergy, identifying improvements and opportunities to ensure a strong internal environment and customer service.

Accompany sales representatives in client meetings whenever necessary.

Participate in strategic discussions that impact clients and/or the team, ensuring strong alignment among team members and that everyone clearly understands the company’s objectives and strategy.

Monitor clients’ financial status (e.g., outstanding payments) through reports and information from Finance (FIN), and actively support payment negotiations whenever needed.

Ensure understanding of the commercial strategy in each trade and market, considering the regional strategic role of Sales, by participating in discussions and meetings with leadership and Product teams.

What we are looking for:

Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields

Strong experience in people management

Experience with logistics modes: air, road, and sea freight

Demonstrates ability to develop people, manage stakeholder relationships, think strategically, drive continuous improvement, and make decisions

Advanced English, advanced Spanish, and fluent Portuguese
