You’ll own funnels, optimize campaigns, experiment fast, and help scale a modern business from the ground up. Part-time to start, with a clear pathway into a high-impact full-time leadership role.

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

Build and optimize lead generation funnels across multiple channels

Use AI tools to improve marketing workflows, automation, and campaign performance

Launch, test, and refine outbound and inbound growth campaigns

Track funnel performance and identify conversion bottlenecks

Create and manage lead nurturing systems and follow-up sequences

Collaborate on positioning, messaging, and growth strategy

Analyze campaign data and turn insights into action

Continuously experiment with new AI-driven marketing tactics and tools

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing

Strong understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and customer journeys

Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools and automation platforms

Comfortable managing campaigns independently and moving fast

Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills

Experience with CRM systems, email marketing, and outreach automation

Ability to balance strategy with execution

Startup or entrepreneurial experience is a major plus
