Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Translate business requirements into solution designs with key stakeholders

Support release planning and Agile execution with platform and tribe leads

Work with Product Owners/Architects on design, estimation, NFRs, and validation

Drive high-quality backlog and feature development with scrum teams

Own and optimize end-to-end solution development and delivery

Ensure solutions meet functional, NFR, and architecture standards

Govern quality, compliance, security, and performance

Support demos, testing strategy, and release readiness

Manage dependencies, reduce technical debt, and improve processes

Collaborate on operations, incidents, and continuous improvements

Support business onboarding, training, and change management

Contribute to platform upgrades, knowledge sharing, and capability building

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant IT/domain experience

Expertise in Lean Agile, ITIL, and DevOps practices (Lean/Green Belt preferred)

Strong understanding of application architecture and modern IT technologies

Ability to align IT solutions with business strategy and emerging trends

Strategic thinking with focus on transformation and process optimization

Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills

Technical Knowledge & Skills

Deep SAP Finance expertise across PMA, BW/BW4HANA, ABAP, SAC, Datasphere, and Azure

Strong experience in SAP PMA/BW development and BPC (Embedded) for planning, forecasting, and close cycles

Proficient in SAC & AFO for enterprise planning, analytics, and reporting

Expertise in SAP BPC configuration, administration, and enhancements

Strong BI/BPC architecture and data integration (SAP & non-SAP, including cloud platforms)

Hands-on experience designing planning models, allocations, and input templates

Solid Agile/Scrum delivery experience with end-to-end solution ownership

Ability to drive solution architecture, design decisions, and best practices

Knowledge of AI/automation with strong collaboration and independent execution

SAP Implementation Experience

End-to-end delivery across testing, deployment, and hypercare support

Experience in user training, documentation, and ongoing support

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
