The primary responsibilities for the management of all services in Sukagawa site including client relationship, staff management, financial performance, operational performance and compliance. The position closely work with the account manager and relevant support member for the achievement of successful service delivery.

臨時業務会議のファシリテーション

事業継続計画(BCP)の遵守と更新

年間財務予算の計画策定と進捗管理

改善計画とベストプラクティスの提案によるクライアント満足度向上

オペレーション

製薬業界特有のGxP要件を踏まえたサービス管理

チームメンバーと協力業者と協働し安定したサービス提供の実現

新規サービス導入時の移行、安定化、標準化の推進

請求書の事前承認取得と関係者との適切なコミュニケーション

サイトリード業務

クライアント契約内で各サイトに求められる管理タスクの遂行

リージョンのファンクションチームが開催するミーティング、トレーニング、メールへの対応をチームへの周知、実践に落とし込む(アカウントマネージャーやジャパンアドミリードと情報連携して対応)

安全衛生管理

安全な作業環境提供のための安全手順の実施と管理

防火、健康、安全基準に関する法定規制の遵守確保

リスク管理

リスク管理プログラムの実施と管理サポート

災害復旧と事業継続計画の実施と監視の支援

確立されたエスカレーション手順とインシデント報告手順の遵守
