Responsible for overall quality management activities for probe card products manufactured by the SPG team.
Key Responsibilities
The primary focus is on manufacturing process-related quality management, with supply chain quality management also included within the scope of responsibility.
Implementing and maintaining quality systems in compliance with ISO 9001 and semiconductor industry standards
Leading internal audits, gap assessments, and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes
Establishing and leading site quality management reviews with a focus on improving the effectiveness of the QMS
Managing document control systems, change management workflows, and quality records
Collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality system compliance and audit readiness
Analyzing quality data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Driving continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems, documentation, and compliance
Leading cross-functional problem-solving activities using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 4C, FMEA, RCA)
Managing quality control activities related to the supply chain
