Responsibilities include: - Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the Global Cyber Center (GCC) building to meet health and safety standards. - Manage office systems, including IT and office equipment. - Identify, develop, and execute preventative maintenance programs for facilities, grounds, and various systems (plumbing, HVAC, roofs, fire protection, etc.). - Review, prioritize, and assign daily work orders. -
