Your Role: The Director of Marketing-Innovation is responsible for setting the overall strategy for innovation in the Hefty Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the innovation strategy, identifying the future product pipeline, and developing the innovation roadmap to support profitable growth. From concept to launch, this role works closely with direct reports and cross functional teams to deliver key project milestones.
