Let us describe the challenge we offer

In this role, you will support the marketing organization with advanced analysis, structured methodologies, and actionable insights. Working across data sources, analytics tools, and research techniques, you will ensure that marketing performance is continuously measured, understood, and improved.

You will lead and execute analyses and testing related to marketing effectiveness, including media efficiency, creative performance, brand health, and adjacent areas—while also shaping frameworks, processes, and ways of working that scale across teams and regions.

This role is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

What you’ll do

You will own how we measure and understand marketing performance, translating complexity into clear direction for stakeholders across the business.

This includes:

- Setting, maintaining, and developing the marketing target framework

- Owning marketing performance reporting and testing, including compiling, presenting, and evolving outputs

- Driving data-driven processes within Media & Digital Marketing, such as media performance frameworks and test-and-learn approaches

- Translating complex data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations, and confidently presenting these to senior management and key stakeholders

You will also contribute hands-on to key analytical initiatives by:

- Leading and supporting projects such as Media Mix Modelling (MMM), attribution, creative testing, incremental uplift testing, and research

- Developing reports, dashboards, and insights that enable continuous improvement

- Working cross-functionally to align needs and coordinate initiatives across internal teams and external partners

Who you are

You are analytical, strategic, structured, and naturally curious—comfortable navigating complex datasets while connecting them to business impact and strategic recommendations. You have a strong understanding of marketing analytics and know how to translate methodology into real-world decision-making.

You are also flexible, quick on your feet, and confident when presenting to management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are accustomed to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

You bring:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics

- A degree in digital marketing, marketing communications, statistics, or equivalent

- Experience with research methods such as media mix modelling, attribution, incremental uplift testing, creative testing, and brand tracking

In addition, you:

- Have hands‑on experience with web analytics such as GA4 and BI platforms for visualization and reporting

- Bring knowledge of media buying platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Facebook, or LinkedIn

- Are comfortable working across functions, regions, and seniority levels, including interaction with management

- Have familiarity with strategic planning concepts such as Share of Voice, Attention, ESOV and audience-based budget frameworks

- Thrive in collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
