Reporting to the VP of the Compiler Business we are seeking a dedicated savvy Program Manager with a strong understanding business strategies and ability to diagnose and report back to management on alignments of business goals. Your ability to work across the Compiler Leadership team will be critical to the success of the organization.
What you'll be doing:
Partner with and support the Technical Program Management organization.
Develop and maintain program health dashboards and operational metrics; synthesize complex data into concise, actionable updates for senior executives on program and team health.
Drive operational optimization across teams; identify process gaps, remove friction, and ensure consistency in how the org operates across functions and geographies.
Serve as a strategic business partner to engineering leadership. Translate direction into actionable plans, tracking decisions, and ensuring organizational commitments are met across functions.
Lead high-priority cross-functional programs; own end-to-end coordination, dependency management, and risk mitigation from initiation through delivery.
Guide the rhythm of the organizational operating cadences, including, cross-functional reviews, leadership coordination, and escalation paths Enable alignment and organizational resilience in a large, globally distributed engineering team.
Lead change management initiatives tied to organizational growth, restructuring, or strategic pivots; design and execute communication and transition plans across a globally distributed team.
Partner with leadership team to plan headcount and resource allocation
What we need to see:
BS/ MS Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration Management or related field
12+ years experience working in a fast pace technical business environment
Experience working with senior management in an “influence-without-authority” role.
Strong business insight with a keen ability to quickly assimilate new information
Solid team player with ability to function in a matrixed co-leadership environment
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and HR systems (preferably Workday)
Demonstrated success in managing program or projects with strong attention to detail and timely completion of deliverables
Proven ability to communicate clearly and work well across a matrix organization

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
