Develops and builds the Estate and Insurance business by partnering with internal business/groups to deliver the client experience and increase market share, profitability and NPS. Builds strong relationships with business partners and clients, determines estate and insurance needs, and provides customized professional advice to generate insurance sales in alignment with the desired client experience and overall business objectives.
Works with Investment Advisors to obtain referrals and generate life and disability sales.
Develops insurance sales strategies and presents clients with concepts focussed on estate planning/ financial/ retirement.
Develops marketing materials to enhance sales concepts in alignment with the desired client experience.
Develop professional seminars for Investment Advisors and their clients.
Develops, maintains and executes a business plan, including relationship management strategies, to achieve retention objectives.
Provides exceptional client experience and service to ensure client needs are met or exceeded to enhance sales activities, referrals and client retention.
Addresses customer services issues according to established parameters, escalating as required.
Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders and ensures alignment.
Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.
Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.
Supports the development and promotion of a business/group program.
Supports the achievement of the business plan.
Supports the delivery of the desired client experience to enhance business opportunities.
Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders to build capability and drive business growth.

Qualifications:
Typically 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study.
Life Insurance designations.
Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
