About this opportunity:

The Senior Maintenance Electrical Planner will provide planning support to the Lloydminster Upgrader. Reporting to the Maintenance Planning Superintendent, this role will provide routine (non-turnaround) maintenance planning for preventative and corrective work.

This position is located in Lloydminster and requires the successful candidate to live in the area

This is a full-time employee position.

What you’ll do:

Build detailed work packages including workforce estimates, material procurement, required procedures/specifications and drawings, Job Hazard Assessments, and other relevant documents

Develop, catalog and update equipment Planned Job Packages for scheduled overhauls, inspections, and PMs

Prepare and assemble the necessary documentation and drawings to send equipment out for repairs or rebuilds

Collaborate with maintenance technicians and operations coordinators to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks

Estimate time, resources, and costs for maintenance jobs

Utilize SAP to record, track, and analyze maintenance activities

Who you are:

Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:

Legally authorized to work in Canada

Journeyman Red Seal Electrician certification with a P.Eng or CET designation considered an asset

Maintenance Planner Certification, Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) and/or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) considered an asset

8+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Planner

Extensive experience working with SAP

As this position has been identified as safety sensitive, employment of a final candidate selected for this position will be conditional upon successful completion of required pre-employment medical and alcohol/drug assessments.

For this position you will be required to maintain a Class 5 driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and adhere to the appropriate Company policies and guidelines. A driver's abstract will be one of the background checks requested in the pre-employment screening for the final candidate.
