Als Senior FP&A Controller (w/m/d) bist Du Teil unseres Controlling-Teams und gestaltest aktiv die finanzielle Steuerung von Chrono24. Du sorgst dafür, dass operative Entwicklungen in finanziellen Impact übersetzt werden, entwickelst skalierbare FP&A-Prozesse und unterstützt das Management Board bei datenbasierter Entscheidungsfindung. Die Rolle bietet Dir die Möglichkeit, substanzielle Strukturen im FP&A-Bereich weiterzuentwickeln.

Financial Steering & Decision Support: Du übersetzt operative KPI-Entwicklungen in P&L-, EBITDA- und Cash-Auswirkungen und erstellst fundierte Executive- und Board-Unterlagen inkl. Kommentierung
Planning, Forecasting & Modeling: Du treibst Budget-, Forecast- und Rolling-Forecast-Prozesse voran und entwickelst treiberbasierte Finanzmodelle sowie integrierte Cash- und Working-Capital-Planung
Cost & Profitability Transparency: Du schaffst Transparenz über OPEX, Payment Costs, regionale Deckungsbeitragsrechnungen und Profitabilitätsanalysen
FP&A Systems, Automation & AI: Du treibst die Integration von Financials in Snowflake/Qlik voran, automatisierst manuelle Prozesse und entwickelst AI-gestützte Analyse- und Kommentierungs-Workflows
Financial Governance: Du sicherst konsistente finanzielle Logiken (Segmente, P&L-Struktur, Forecastlogik) in Abstimmung mit BI und Accounting
Was Dich auszeichnet
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Controlling oder FP&A, idealerweise in einem digitalen Marktplatz- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld
Starke FP&A-Kompetenz: integrierte Planung, Treibermodelle, Szenarioanalysen und Forecastprozesse
Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzzusammenhänge in klare Handlungsempfehlungen zu übersetzen und überzeugend zu kommunizieren
Erfahrung mit FP&A-Tools (Pigment, Board o.Ä.), BI-Tools (Qlik, Tableau o.Ä.) und Lucanet (von Vorteil)
Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lust, Prozesse und Strukturen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
