About the role
Do you have a passion for coordinating all things Front of House and thrive on providing exemplary customer service? If so, we want you to join our team!
Your responsibilities will include front-of-house reception and workplace support duties, including greeting internal and external visitors, meeting room coordination, AV/VC support, office and stock management, inventory ordering, and maintaining overall workplace presentation standards.
The role will also support administrative functions including management of shared inboxes, mailroom and courier coordination, records management, database administration, and handling of the company switchboard, while providing day-to-day workplace support to employees and visitors.
Reporting into the National Facilities Manager, this role will also provide the successful candidate with training and exposure to broader Workplace Experience and Facilities Management operations, with opportunities to support client sites and workplace initiatives across the wider portfolio as operational requirements arise.
Who are we looking for?
You will have previous experience in a busy, corporate environment dealing with clients professionally and confidently. Your background may include experience as a corporate front of house receptionist in a professional services environment.

Salary on offer is $65,000 + super
Our Receptionists are team players, they have a can do attitude are flexible to follow various work instructions and always remain focused on safety and service delivery.

Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
