About the role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, this role is responsible for uniting cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute the biannual, strategic, and integrated Demand Generation and Field Marketing plan. You’ll act as a central connecting point between go-to-market teams—ensuring we align with the company's overarching priorities and deliver measurable growth.

The impact you will have:

Strategic Alignment: Lead collaboration across Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, and other key leaders to articulate how integrated half-year plans roll up to company goals, securing executive alignment and approval.

Business Driver/SME: Informs and champions transformational operational excellence: A strong, scalable, operating rhythm that drives accountability, transparency, and measurability throughout the campaign development process.

Data-Driven Insights: Synthesize complex data and insights to guide executive decision-making and strategic adjustments.

Forward Thinking: Advocates and prioritizes a roadmap, asks about the future of integrated campaign development, and identifies and prioritizes high-impact projects to help scale the organization effectively.

What we look for:

7+ years of professional experience, of which 5+ years of experience are in demand generation in a high-growth SaaS startup.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; skilled at influencing across senior levels.

Proven ability to build operational frameworks, manage budgets, and drive cross-functional alignment.

Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and managing competing priorities.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and campaign performance analysis.

Past experience working on integrated campaigns with expertise in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement.

Prioritize and achieve in an environment that requires fresh thinking and new ideas. Strong growth mindset, having an open mind to new ideas and growth opportunities.

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipated utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 1 Pay Range

$192,400—$264,550 USD

Zone 2 Pay Range

$173,200—$238,150 USD

Zone 3 Pay Range

$163,500—$224,850 USD

Zone 4 Pay Range

$153,900—$211,650 USD
