The Role: We're looking for a high-ownership, execution-focused Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expansion across enterprise accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands complex sales cycles, and can translate emerging technology into real business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure across enterprise accounts

Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within target accounts

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including CXOs, product leaders, and operations heads

Understand customer workflows, challenges, and strategic priorities, and map them to Emergent's capabilities

Drive consultative conversations focused on outcomes, not just product features

Run tailored demos, use-case discussions, and solution walkthroughs aligned to client needs

Collaborate closely with SDRs, product teams, and leadership to drive deal progression and closures

Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound efforts and strategic account planning

Own deal strategy, negotiation, and closure with a focus on high-quality revenue

What We're Looking For:

3 to 6 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in enterprise or mid-market segments

Strong hunter mindset with proven ability to generate and close new business

Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Ability to sell into product, engineering, operations, or business teams

Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technology

High ownership, urgency, and ability to operate in ambiguity

Prior exposure to AI, automation, or developer tools is a plus
